Love the cooling effect that it gives haven't seen big results as I've only used it twice so far but I do recommend that you stretch the mask up to your ear when put it on that way it fits you. You want it as tight as you can get it to achieve best results as well if it feels snug around the ear still I place a slit on the ear and no issues.
